I understand and agree that I will be a volunteer in a capacity that I am physically able to perform to help meet the goals set forth by Frederic Water X Racing, Inc.   on June 27th, 28th & 29th, 2008 during the race  weekend by helping with registration, gate sales, food sales or as  needed.

If you are accepted as an applicant you will be asked to help at the registration on Friday evening at the Skol Bar and then you will be asked to attend the Queens dinner at the Country Side Inn on Saturday evening.  If you are under the age of 21 do you have a    parent or legal guardian that can attend these functions with you?
